  1. 1. Halve the onions and peel them. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and carrots. Rinse the vegetables under running water. Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the peppers. Cut them in half. Remove the stem and seeds. Cut the peppers into cubes as well.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley thoroughly. Shake it dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat.
  6. 6. Fry the minced meat for about 3 minutes.
  7. 7. Season the meat with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and marjoram.
  8. 8. Add the onions, carrots, and peppers to the pot. Fry the vegetables with the meat for about 2 minutes.
  9. 9. Stir in the tomato paste. Roast it briefly with the mixture.
  10. 10. Deglaze the mixture with the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth.
  11. 11. Add the potatoes to the pot. Cover the pot. Let the stew simmer over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Stir the sour cream into the stew.
  13. 13. Adjust the seasoning of the stew to taste if necessary.
  14. 14. Serve the stew on plates.
