🍰 Classic Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- leaf gelatin 3 pcs.
- whipping cream 400 g
- vanilla pod 1 pcs.
- sugar 40 g
Instructions
- 1. Place the leaf gelatin in a bowl of cold water and let it soak.
- 2. Warm the cream in a pot over low heat.
- 3. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
- 4. Add the empty vanilla pod, the vanilla seeds, and the sugar to the warm cream.
- 5. Let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Remove the vanilla pod from the cream.
- 7. Squeeze the soaked gelatin lightly and stir it into the warm cream until it is completely dissolved.
- 8. Distribute the mixture evenly among four glasses.
- 9. Let the panna cotta set in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
