  5. 5. Stir the warm milk into the nut, cinnamon, and sugar mixture.
  6. 6. Roll out the puff pastry.
  7. 7. Spread the nut mixture evenly over the dough, leaving the edges bare.
  8. 8. Roll the dough up tightly lengthwise.
  9. 9. Shape the roll into a spiral and place it in a greased springform pan.
  10. 10. Bake the roll in the oven for about 25 minutes until crispy.
  11. 11. Whisk powdered sugar and 50 milliliters of water in a bowl to make a glaze.
