  6. 6. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well.
  7. 7. Add the minced meat, mustard, onion cubes, an egg, and the bread roll to a bowl.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Mix all ingredients well together.
  10. 10. Add breadcrumbs if the mixture is too soft.
  11. 11. Shape 8 meatballs from the meat mixture.
  12. 12. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
  13. 13. Fry the meatballs for about 3 minutes on both sides.
  14. 14. Cover the pan with a lid.
  15. 15. Reduce the heat.
  16. 16. Let the meatballs cook through for about 10 minutes.
  17. 17. Plate the meatballs.
  18. 18. Serve the meatballs hot.
