Ingredients
- Dark chocolate 200 g
- butter 250 g
- Brown sugar 300 g
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 60 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Cocoa powder 50 g
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan setting.
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 3. Cut the butter into small cubes.
- 4. Bring about 2 liters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 5. Reduce the heat of the water.
- 6. Place a metal bowl over the pot, ensuring it does not touch the water.
- 7. Add the chocolate and butter cubes to the metal bowl.
- 8. Let the ingredients melt in the water bath.
- 9. Take a separate bowl.
- 10. Add the sugar and eggs to this bowl.
- 11. Whisk the sugar and eggs together with a whisk.
- 12. Pour the melted butter and chocolate into the sugar mixture.
- 13. Stir everything into a homogeneous mixture.
- 14. Sift the flour over the mixture.
- 15. Sift the baking powder over the mixture.
- 16. Sift the cocoa powder over the mixture.
- 17. Add the salt.
- 18. Mix everything into a dough.
- 19. Grease a baking dish.
- 20. Pour the dough mixture into the greased dish.
- 21. Bake the brownies for about 25 minutes in the oven.
- 22. Let the brownies cool down briefly.
- 23. Cut the brownies into pieces.
- 24. Enjoy your brownies.
- 25. Ensure that the brownies are still slightly moist inside.
- 26. Insert a toothpick into the dough to check the baking time.
- 27. If some dough sticks to the toothpick, the brownies are done.
