🍽️ Classic Vemondo Burger

Ingredients
- Vine tomatoes 1 pc.
- Pickle gherkins 2 pcs.
- Mini romaine lettuce 1 pc.
- Shallots 1 pc.
- Oil 3 tbsp.
- Dark balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Vemondo vegan burger patties 4 pcs.
- Hamburger buns 4 pcs.
- Mustard 2 tsp.
- Ketchup 2 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them. Drain the gherkins and slice them as well. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves, wash them, and dry them well.
- 2. Preheat the grill. Grill the onion with its skin on both sides for about 3 minutes until it is soft. Then remove it from the grill, let it cool, peel it, and slice it into rings. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp. of oil with balsamic vinegar and marinate the onion rings in it.
- 3. Grill the Vemondo patty for about 4 minutes on each side. Lightly brush the buns with oil and toast them cut-side down on the grill for about 1 minute.
- 4. Spread the bottom halves of the buns with mustard and top with the Vemondo patty, tomatoes, gherkins, lettuce, and onions. Add ketchup on top, place the buns on top, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
