🍰 Kiwi Ice Pop

Ingredients
- kiwi 14 pcs
- lime 1 pc
- powdered sugar 70 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel 12 kiwis.
- 2. Cut the kiwis into quarters.
- 3. Halve a lime.
- 4. Squeeze the lime juice.
- 5. Place the kiwi quarters, lime juice, and powdered sugar into a tall beaker.
- 6. Puree the ingredients thoroughly.
- 7. Strain the kiwi mixture through a sieve.
- 8. Fill the molds with the puree (approx. 80 to 100 ml each).
- 9. Place the molds in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- 10. Meanwhile, peel the remaining kiwi.
- 11. Slice the kiwi into four slices.
- 12. Place one kiwi slice on top of the frozen sorbet.
- 13. Insert a wooden stick through the ice mass.
- 14. Let the ice pops freeze for about 2 hours.
- 15. Dip the mold briefly in warm water.
- 16. Release the sorbet from the mold.
- 17. Serve the ice pop immediately.
