  1. 1. Peel the kiwis and cut the flesh into large chunks.
  2. 2. Wash the mint thoroughly and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Remove the mint leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Set aside four nice mint leaves for decoration.
  5. 5. Place the kiwi chunks, the remaining mint, the honey, the apple juice, and the water into a tall blending container.
  6. 6. Blend the ingredients until you have a fine, smooth mixture.
  7. 7. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
  8. 8. Garnish each drink with the reserved mint leaves.
