🥤 Fresh Kiwi Mint Drink

Ingredients
- mint, fresh 30 g
- sugar 125 g
- kiwi 6 pcs.
- ice cubes 80 g
- mineral water, classic 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the mint under running water.
- 2. Shake off the mint so that no water remains on it.
- 3. Chop the mint into coarse pieces.
- 4. Put the sugar and 125 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 5. Bring the mixture in the pot to a boil.
- 6. Add the chopped mint to the boiling sugar-water syrup.
- 7. Let the mint simmer in the syrup for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- 8. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 9. Let the mint syrup cool down completely.
- 10. Peel the kiwis.
- 11. Cut the peeled kiwis into coarse cubes.
- 12. Put the kiwi cubes into a tall container.
- 13. Blend the kiwis in the container into a smooth puree.
- 14. Pour the kiwi puree through a fine sieve into a bowl.
- 15. Squeeze the mint in the sieve well so that the syrup drips into the bowl.
- 16. Mix the cooled mint syrup with the strained kiwi juice.
- 17. Distribute the mixture evenly among four glasses.
- 18. Add some ice cubes to each glass.
- 19. Fill the glasses with well-chilled sparkling water or Prosecco.
- 20. Garnish each cocktail with a fresh slice of kiwi.
