🍽️ Chocolate Cherry Jam

Ingredients
- cherries, fresh 1 kg
- chocolate, dark 100 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- jam sugar 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cherries thoroughly and remove the pits.
- 2. Break the chocolate into large pieces.
- 3. Place the cherries and chocolate pieces into the mixing container.
- 4. Insert the measuring cup and chop the ingredients for 15 seconds on speed 6.
- 5. Add the vanilla sugar and the jam-setting sugar.
- 6. Boil the mixture for 20 minutes on speed 2 at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Drop one teaspoon of the jam onto a cold plate.
- 8. Wait about one minute and check if the jam sets.
- 9. If it is still liquid, cook it for another one to two minutes and repeat the test.
- 10. Fill the hot jam into four clean screw-top jars with a capacity of 250 milliliters each.
- 11. Seal the jars tightly.
- 12. Turn the jars upside down to let them cool on their lids.
