Ingredients
- yogurt, plain 100 g
- quark 20 % fat in dr. 250 g
- vanilla pudding powder 1 packet
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- sugar 50 g
- red currant jam 50 g
- sour cherries in jar 200 g
- eggs 2 pcs.
- butter 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top/bottom heat). In a bowl, mix yogurt, quark, pudding powder, cream cheese, sugar, and jam with a hand mixer and a whisk until creamy.
- 2. Put the cherries in a sieve and let them drain. Separate the eggs (you can use the yolks for something else). Whip the egg whites in a bowl with a hand mixer until stiff and gently fold them into the quark mixture.
- 3. Layer the quark mixture and the cherries alternately into the cups of a greased muffin tin. Bake the mini cakes for about 40 minutes in the oven. The cherry quark mini cakes can be served warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
