🍰 Cherry Ice Cream Tiramisu

Ingredients
- water 50 ml
- coffee, instant 1 tbsp
- brioche loaf 125 g
- amaretto 5 tbsp
- cherries in jar 130 g
- whipping cream 200 ml
- chocolate, dark 25 g
- vanilla ice cream 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Heat water in a pot until it boils.
- 2. Dissolve coffee powder in a cup with the hot water.
- 3. First, slice the brioche.
- 4. Then, cut the slices into wide strips.
- 5. Place the brioche strips into a bowl.
- 6. Mix the coffee with Amaretto.
- 7. Soak the brioche strips in the coffee-Amaretto mixture.
- 8. Drain the cherries in a sieve.
- 9. Distribute the cherries evenly over the brioche.
- 10. Put the whipping cream into a tall container.
- 11. Whip the cream stiffly using a hand mixer.
- 12. Grate the chocolate finely.
- 13. Form ice cream scoops using a spoon.
- 14. Place the ice cream scoops over the cherries.
- 15. Spread the whipped cream over the top.
- 16. Garnish the dessert with the chocolate shavings.
- 17. Enjoy the cherry ice cream tiramisu immediately.
