🥤 Cherry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- cherries, fresh 700 g
- bananas 150 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- soy drink 250 ml
- mint, fresh 20 g
- chia seeds 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cherries under running water.
- 2. Remove the stems and pits from the cherries.
- 3. Peel the banana and cut it into large chunks.
- 4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Place the cherries, banana chunks, soy drink, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into a tall container.
- 6. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is completely smooth.
- 7. Adjust the taste to your liking by adding more soy drink or lemon juice if desired.
- 8. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.
- 9. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 10. Pour the smoothie into four glasses.
- 11. Optionally place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until ready to serve.
- 12. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chia seeds over each smoothie before serving.
- 13. Garnish the glasses with the fresh mint leaves.
