🍳 Cherry Banana Quark with Crunchy Flakes

Ingredients
- butter 1 tbsp
- oat flakes, coarse 4 tbsp
- hazelnut kernels, whole 50 g
- honey 3 tbsp
- sour cherries in a jar 100 g
- bananas 2 pcs.
- quark 40% fat in dry matter 500 g
- orange juice 80 ml
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Toast the oats and hazelnuts in the pan for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over the mixture.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 5. Spread the mixture onto a plate lined with baking paper.
- 6. Let the mixture cool down completely.
- 7. Drain the sour cherries well in a sieve.
- 8. Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.
- 9. Mix the quark thoroughly with the remaining honey and orange juice.
- 10. Gently fold the drained cherries and banana slices into the quark.
- 11. Roughly chop the cooled hazelnut-oat mixture.
- 12. Add the crushed flakes to the quark and serve the dish.
