  2. 2. Toast the oats and hazelnuts in the pan for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over the mixture.
  4. 4. Remove the pan from the heat.
  5. 5. Spread the mixture onto a plate lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Let the mixture cool down completely.
  7. 7. Drain the sour cherries well in a sieve.
  8. 8. Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.
  9. 9. Mix the quark thoroughly with the remaining honey and orange juice.
  10. 10. Gently fold the drained cherries and banana slices into the quark.
  11. 11. Roughly chop the cooled hazelnut-oat mixture.
  12. 12. Add the crushed flakes to the quark and serve the dish.
