🥤 Fruity Kids' Punch

Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- brown sugar 40 g
- oranges 2 pc.
- honeydew melon 1 pc.
- raspberries, fresh 125 g
- physalis 100 g
- kiwi 1 pc.
- apple juice 600 ml
- ice cubes 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves.
- 4. Put the lemon juice and sugar into a small saucepan.
- 5. Heat the mixture over medium heat while stirring constantly.
- 6. Keep stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 7. Then let the clear liquid cool down.
- 8. Wash the oranges thoroughly.
- 9. Cut the oranges in half.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
- 11. Cut the melon in half lengthwise.
- 12. Remove the seeds using a large spoon.
- 13. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls of fruit flesh.
- 14. Place the melon balls into a large bowl.
- 15. Pour the orange juice over the melon balls.
- 16. Wash the raspberries under running water.
- 17. Let the raspberries drain well in a colander.
- 18. Remove the physalis fruits from their papery husks.
- 19. Wash the physalis and let them drain as well.
- 20. Peel the kiwi.
- 21. Cut the kiwi into quarters lengthwise.
- 22. Cut the kiwi strips into small pieces.
- 23. Add the raspberries, physalis, and kiwi pieces to the melon.
- 24. Pour the cooled lemon syrup into the bowl.
- 25. Add the apple juice.
- 26. Place the finished punch in the refrigerator to chill.
- 27. Pour the cold punch into glasses.
- 28. Add ice cubes if desired.
- 29. Optionally top up with sparkling mineral water.
