🍳 Sushi Toast Rolls for the Lunchbox

Ingredients
- toast bread 4 slices
- cream cheese, plain 50 g
- bologna lunch meat 50 g
- mini cucumbers 3 pcs.
- carrots 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the hard crusts from the toast slices.
- 2. Moisten the edges of the toast slices with a little cold water.
- 3. Place two toast slices slightly overlapping each other.
- 4. Press the slices flat and thin using a kitchen roll.
- 5. Spread cream cheese on one of the toast surfaces.
- 6. Spread liver sausage on the other toast surface.
- 7. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 8. Cut the cucumber into long, thin sticks.
- 9. Peel the carrots.
- 10. Remove the ends of the carrots.
- 11. Cut the carrots into long sticks as well.
- 12. Place the vegetable sticks close together on the topped toast bread.
- 13. Roll up the toast bread tightly.
- 14. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 15. Cut the cold roll into pieces about 4 centimeters wide.
- 16. Fill the sushi rolls into a lunchbox for school.
- 17. Enjoy the sushi rolls immediately or as a snack break.
