🍰 Cherry-Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- cherry in jar 200 g
- bananas 1 pc.
- buttermilk 150 ml
- eggs 1 pc.
- sunflower oil 75 ml
- wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- powdered sugar 80 g
- vanilla sugar 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Drain the cherries in a colander.
- 3. Peel the bananas.
- 4. Puree the bananas together with the buttermilk in a tall container.
- 5. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until frothy.
- 6. Stir the oil into the egg mixture.
- 7. Add flour, baking powder, salt, 75 grams of powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar to the bowl.
- 8. Pour in the banana buttermilk mixture.
- 9. Stir all ingredients quickly until a smooth batter forms.
- 10. Gently fold the cherries into the batter.
- 11. Distribute the batter evenly into a muffin tin lined with paper cases.
- 12. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 13. Let the muffins cool down.
- 14. Dust the muffins with powdered sugar.
- 15. Serve the muffins and enjoy.
