🍳 Creamy Caviar Dip with Egg

Ingredients
- Eggs 8 pcs
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Crème fraîche 200 ml
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Trout caviar 8 tbsp
- Salt crackers 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with about one liter of water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Carefully place the eggs into the boiling water.
- 3. Boil the eggs for seven minutes until hard-boiled.
- 4. Drain the hot water and immediately rinse the eggs under cold water to make them easier to peel.
- 5. Peel the cooled eggs completely, removing all shell.
- 6. Finely chop the peeled eggs.
- 7. Thoroughly wash the chives under running water.
- 8. Pat the chives dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Slice the chives into fine rings.
- 10. Take a large bowl and add the chopped eggs to it.
- 11. Add crème fraîche to the bowl.
- 12. Add the sliced chive rings to the bowl.
- 13. Add a spoonful of mustard to the mixture.
- 14. Season the ingredients with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 15. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly until a creamy mass forms.
- 16. Transfer the dip mixture into a serving dish.
- 17. Generously top the surface of the dip mixture with trout caviar.
- 18. Serve the dip immediately along with crackers.
