  6. 6. Cut the sweet potato into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
  7. 7. Place the sweet potato slices in a bowl.
  8. 8. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  9. 9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Mix everything well so that the slices are coated.
  11. 11. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  12. 12. Spread the sweet potato slices out flat on the tray.
  13. 13. Place the tray in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the tray after the time has passed.
  15. 15. Empty the sweet potatoes onto the tray.
