🍽️ Potato Skewers with Ham

Ingredients
- small potatoes, mainly waxy 500 g
- salt pinch
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- pesto alla Genovese 2 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- basil, fresh 20 g
- cherry tomatoes 100 g
- parma ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, peel, and let cool.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the pesto and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Pluck the basil leaves, wash the tomatoes, and let them drain.
- 4. Spread a bit of cream cheese mixture on the slices of ham and wrap each potato in it. Alternate threading cherry tomatoes and basil onto the skewers. Enjoy your meal!
