  11. 11. Rinse the parsley under running water.
  12. 12. Shake the parsley dry.
  13. 13. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  14. 14. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  15. 15. Drain the cooked potatoes.
  16. 16. Let the potatoes steam for a short moment.
