Ingredients
- potatoes, starchy 1 kg
- onions, yellow 2 pcs
- cornstarch 2 tbsp
- salt 1 pinch
- pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- eggs 2 pcs
- oil 5 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Weigh the potatoes.
- 2. Peel the potatoes.
- 3. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 4. Halve the potatoes.
- 5. Place the raw potatoes into the mixing container.
- 6. Halve the onions.
- 7. Peel the onions.
- 8. Add the onions to the potatoes in the container.
- 9. Add the cornstarch.
- 10. Add one teaspoon of salt.
- 11. Add a pinch of pepper.
- 12. Insert the measuring cup.
- 13. Chop the ingredients for 12 seconds on speed 5.
- 14. Add the eggs to the mixture.
- 15. Mix the batter for 20 seconds on speed 3 in reverse direction.
- 16. Season the batter with salt and pepper to taste.
- 17. Stir the batter again for 10 seconds on speed 2 in reverse direction.
- 18. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- 19. Take one large tablespoon of batter at a time.
- 20. Place the batter into the hot pan.
- 21. Bake the pancakes one after another until golden brown.
