🍽️ Campfire Potato Mash with Cabanossi

Ingredients
- Cabanossi 8 pcs
- Peas from the can 200 g
- Water 1 L
- Salt 2 tsp
- Milk 400 ml
- Mashed potatoes 2 pcs
- Roasted onions 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Cabanossi sausage into small cubes.
- 2. Drain the peas in a colander.
- 3. Bring water to a boil in a pot along with salt.
- 4. Add the milk to the boiling water.
- 5. Stir in two packets of instant mashed potato powder.
- 6. Let the mash warm up for about one minute.
- 7. Stir the mixture vigorously again.
- 8. Fold in the Cabanossi cubes and peas into the mash to your liking.
- 9. Add roasted onions to your liking and serve the dish.
