  3. 3. Bring water to a boil in a pot along with salt.
  4. 4. Add the milk to the boiling water.
  5. 5. Stir in two packets of instant mashed potato powder.
  6. 6. Let the mash warm up for about one minute.
  7. 7. Stir the mixture vigorously again.
  8. 8. Fold in the Cabanossi cubes and peas into the mash to your liking.
  9. 9. Add roasted onions to your liking and serve the dish.
