  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Slice the potatoes into very thin rounds of about 0.2 centimeters thickness.
  4. 4. Wash the Brussels sprouts.
  5. 5. Trim off the hard stem at the bottom thinly.
  6. 6. Remove any wilted or unattractive outer leaves.
  7. 7. Halve or third the Brussels sprouts depending on their size.
  8. 8. Fill a pot with salted water and bring it to a boil.
  9. 9. Add the potato slices and Brussels sprouts to the boiling water.
  10. 10. Cook the vegetables covered with a lid for about 4 minutes.
  11. 11. Drain the vegetables in a colander.
  12. 12. Rinse the vegetables briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  13. 13. Let the vegetables drain well.
  14. 14. Place the vegetables in a large bowl.
  15. 15. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  16. 16. Add 1 tablespoon of honey.
  17. 17. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  18. 18. Mix everything well so that the vegetables are evenly coated.
  19. 19. Take the pizza doughs out of the packaging.
  20. 20. Carefully remove the baking paper.
  21. 21. Place the doughs onto the baking sheets.
  22. 22. Spread the doughs evenly with crème fraîche.
  23. 23. Season the crème fraîche generously with salt and pepper.
  24. 24. Save the tomato sauce for another use.
  25. 25. Distribute the seasoned potatoes and Brussels sprouts evenly over the pizzas.
  26. 26. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  27. 27. Place the baking sheets on the lowest or middle rack.
  28. 28. Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  29. 29. Swap the baking sheets' positions after about 8 minutes.
  30. 30. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  31. 31. Roast the walnuts in the pan for about 2 minutes.
  32. 32. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the nuts.
  33. 33. Continue to caramelize the nuts for about 1 minute.
  34. 34. Remove the walnuts from the pan.
  35. 35. Let them cool on a plate.
  36. 36. Chop the cooled walnuts coarsely.
  37. 37. Take the finished potato pizzas out of the oven.
  38. 38. Cut the pizzas into pieces.
  39. 39. Sprinkle the caramelized walnuts over the top.
  40. 40. Serve the pizza immediately.
