Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 300 g
- salt pinch
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- sour cream 200 g
- milk 2 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
- parmesan 150 g
- ham cubes 125 g
- arugula 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (convection). Peel the potatoes, wash them, and slice them into very thin slices. Boil the potato slices in a pot of salted water and let them parboil over medium heat for about 2 minutes before draining them in a sieve.
- 2. Halve the onion and peel it into rings. Mix the sour cream in a cup with the milk and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 3. Roll out both pizza doughs on baking sheets lined with baking paper and spread them with the sour cream (you can use the tomato sauce for something else). Sprinkle parmesan on top and top the pizza with the potato slices, onion rings, and ham cubes.
- 4. Bake the pizza for approx. 15 minutes in the lower and middle oven sections. After about 7 minutes, swap the baking sheets.
- 5. Wash the arugula and let it drain. Take the potato pizza out of the oven, sprinkle it with arugula, and serve it. Enjoy your meal!
