🍽️ Potato Goulash with Sausages and Cream

Ingredients
- Vegetable onions 1 pc.
- Carrots 2 pc.
- Potatoes, mostly waxy 800 g
- Green beans 300 g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp
- Sugar pinch
- Vegetable broth 1 L
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Fried potato seasoning 2 tsp
- Bay leaves, dried 1 pc.
- Vienna sausages 4 pc.
- sour cream 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel it. Dice the onion roughly.
- 2. Peel the carrots and trim the ends. Slice the carrots.
- 3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- 4. Wash the beans. Snap off the hard ends.
- 5. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat.
- 6. Sauté the onions for about 2 minutes.
- 7. Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot. Sauté everything for another 2 minutes.
- 8. Stir in the tomato paste. Season with sugar. Roast the mixture for about 2 minutes.
- 9. Deglaze the mixture with vegetable broth.
- 10. Season with salt, pepper, and potato frying spice.
- 11. Add the bay leaf to the pot.
- 12. Let the goulash simmer for about 20 minutes.
- 13. After about 10 minutes, add the beans. Continue cooking everything together.
- 14. Slice the Wiener sausages into rings.
- 15. Add the sausage rings to the goulash for about 5 minutes.
- 16. Remove the bay leaf.
- 17. Season the goulash to your taste.
- 18. Fill the goulash into bowls. Add a dollop of sour cream on top.
