🍽️ Crispy Potato Gratin from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- small potatoes, mainly firm 600 g
- butter 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground 1 tsp
- nutmeg, ground pinch
- whipping cream 150 g
- thyme, fresh 5 g
- rosemary, fresh 5 g
- Gouda, grated 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them.
- 2. Slice the potatoes into very thin slices or use a grater.
- 3. Grease a small baking dish with a capacity of 400 ml with butter.
- 4. Layer the potato slices into the dish.
- 5. Season each layer with a pinch of salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg.
- 6. Wash the thyme and rosemary sprigs and shake them dry.
- 7. Pluck the small leaves from the thyme and the needles from the rosemary sprigs.
- 8. Chop the herbs finely.
- 9. Mix the cream in a bowl with the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Pour the herb cream mixture evenly over the potatoes.
- 11. Place the dish into the basket of the air fryer.
- 12. Bake the potatoes at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
- 13. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the gratin.
- 14. Finish baking the dish at 175 degrees Celsius for another 12 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
