  10. 10. Press the warm potatoes through a potato ricer immediately.
  11. 11. Let the mashed potatoes cool down.
  12. 12. Take a large bowl.
  13. 13. Crumble the yeast into the bowl.
  14. 14. Add the sugar to the yeast powder.
  15. 15. Pour in lukewarm water.
  16. 16. Stir the mixture well.
  17. 17. Cover the bowl.
  18. 18. Let the yeast mixture rest for about 15 minutes.
  19. 19. Add the flour to the bowl.
  20. 20. Add the cooled mashed potatoes.
  21. 21. Take 2 level teaspoons of salt.
