  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan mode.
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them.
  3. 3. Slice the potatoes into half-centimeter thick rounds.
  4. 4. Fill a pot with water, add salt, and bring it to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the potato slices to the boiling water.
  6. 6. Cook the potatoes over medium heat for ten minutes.
  7. 7. Rinse the beans under running water.
  8. 8. Trim the hard ends off the beans.
  9. 9. Add the prepared beans to the pot with the potatoes.
  10. 10. Cook the beans along with the potatoes for the last five minutes.
  11. 11. Drain the vegetables in a colander.
  12. 12. Let the vegetables drain well.
  13. 13. Wash the pear and cut it into quarters.
  14. 14. Remove the core from the pear pieces.
  15. 15. Slice the pears thinly.
  16. 16. Take a bowl and add crème fraîche, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  17. 17. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  18. 18. Heat a pan over high heat.
  19. 19. Fry the bacon slices until crispy for about three minutes.
  20. 20. Take a baking dish and spread half of the bacon evenly inside.
  21. 21. Layer half of the potatoes, beans, and pears on top of the bacon.
  22. 22. Pour half of the crème fraîche mixture over the vegetables.
  23. 23. Sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
  24. 24. Layer the remaining potatoes, beans, and pears on top.
  25. 25. Pour the remaining crème fraîche mixture over it.
  26. 26. Cover the top layer generously with the remaining cheese.
  27. 27. Place the baking dish in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  28. 28. Remove the finished casserole from the oven.
  29. 29. Serve the casserole on plates.
