  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection mode).
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Peel the potatoes.
  4. 4. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  5. 5. Place the potato cubes in a pot.
  6. 6. Cover the potatoes with salted water.
  7. 7. Bring the water to a boil.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat to medium.
  9. 9. Cook the potatoes covered for approx. 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Cut the smoked tofu into cubes.
  11. 11. Halve the onion.
  12. 12. Peel the onion.
  13. 13. Dice the onion.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  15. 15. Fry the smoked tofu and onions in the pan for approx. 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Wash the wild garlic.
  17. 17. Shake the wild garlic dry.
  18. 18. Roughly chop half of the wild garlic.
  19. 19. Peel the garlic.
  20. 20. Finely chop the garlic.
  21. 21. Add vegan spread natural, oat drink barista and cornstarch to a bowl.
  22. 22. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly with a whisk.
  23. 23. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  24. 24. Add the chopped wild garlic and garlic to the bowl.
  25. 25. Fold in the wild garlic and garlic into the sauce.
  26. 26. Drain the potatoes in a colander.
  27. 27. Let the potatoes drain.
  28. 28. Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
  29. 29. Gently mix the potatoes with the smoked tofu and onions.
  30. 30. Pour the wild garlic sauce over the potato mixture.
  31. 31. Sprinkle the bake with grated cheese alternative (Reibegenuss).
  32. 32. Bake the bake for approx. 30 minutes in the oven until golden brown.
  33. 33. Melt margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.
  34. 34. Add breadcrumbs to the pan.
  35. 35. Toast the breadcrumbs for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
  36. 36. Finely chop the other half of the wild garlic.
  37. 37. Mix the toasted breadcrumbs and wild garlic in a bowl.
  38. 38. Season the breadcrumb mixture with salt.
  39. 39. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
  40. 40. Serve the potato bake onto plates.
  41. 41. Garnish the bake with the wild garlic crumbs.
  42. 42. Serve the bake and enjoy your meal!
