  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  4. 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  5. 5. Place the potato slices on the tray in an overlapping manner.
  6. 6. Shape them into two rectangular areas of about 15 by 20 centimeters.
  7. 7. Brush the potatoes lightly with olive oil.
  8. 8. Season them with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Sprinkle grated cheese over them.
  10. 10. Bake the sandwiches in the center of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Put cream cheese and horseradish into a small bowl.
  12. 12. Mix the two ingredients well together.
