🍳 Crispy Potato Sandwiches with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- potatoes, waxy 3 pcs.
- olive oil 1 tbsp.
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, mixed pinch
- hard cheese, grated 125 g
- cream cheese, plain 60 g
- horseradish 1 tbsp.
- dill, fresh 10 g
- radishes 6 pcs.
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- corn salad 20 g
- smoked salmon 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the potatoes very thinly.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 5. Place the potato slices on the tray in an overlapping manner.
- 6. Shape them into two rectangular areas of about 15 by 20 centimeters.
- 7. Brush the potatoes lightly with olive oil.
- 8. Season them with salt and pepper.
- 9. Sprinkle grated cheese over them.
- 10. Bake the sandwiches in the center of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Put cream cheese and horseradish into a small bowl.
- 12. Mix the two ingredients well together.
- 13. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
- 14. Finely chop the dill.
- 15. Stir the chopped dill into the cream cheese mixture.
- 16. Wash the radishes and the cucumber.
- 17. Dry the vegetables.
- 18. Slice the radishes and the cucumber thinly.
- 19. Wash the salad greens.
- 20. Spin the salad dry.
- 21. Take the potato sandwiches out of the oven.
- 22. Flip them so that the cheese side is facing down.
- 23. Let the sandwiches cool down briefly.
- 24. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the sandwiches.
- 25. Top them with the dry salad greens.
- 26. Place the smoked salmon on top.
- 27. Add the slices of radish and cucumber.
- 28. Enjoy your meal!
