  2. 2. Slice or shred the kohlrabi bulb into thin rounds.

  5. 5. Grease a shallow baking dish with a diameter of about 30 centimeters.
  6. 6. Layer the kohlrabi and potato slices alternately in the dish.
  7. 7. Season the vegetable layers with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  9. 9. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  10. 10. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  11. 11. Finely chop the reserved kohlrabi greens and the parsley leaves.
  12. 12. Mix the chopped herbs in a bowl with broth, cream, and eggs.
