🍰 Carrot Waffles

Ingredients
- Carrots 3 pcs.
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Baking powder 0.5 tsp
- Whole wheat flour 400 g
- Milk 280 ml
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Sugar 50 g
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Berry mix, frozen 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots, trim the ends, and finely grate them. In a bowl, mix eggs, baking powder, flour, milk, cinnamon, and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth. Fold the grated carrots into the batter.
- 2. Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with butter. Pour a ladle of batter into the mold and bake the waffles for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Serve the waffles hot, garnished with frozen fruits.
