Ingredients
- Carrots 6 pcs.
- Apples, red 1 pc.
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp.
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Feta 200 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Balsamic cream 2 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends.
- 2. Grate the carrots into very thin slices.
- 3. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core.
- 5. Slice or grate the apple into thin slices.
- 6. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 7. Cut the onion into thin rings.
- 8. Halve the lemon.
- 9. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 10. Place the carrots, apple, and onion into a bowl.
- 11. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 12. Season with a little salt, sugar, and olive oil.
- 13. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 14. Let the salad marinate for about 10 minutes.
- 15. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 16. Shake the parsley dry.
- 17. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
- 18. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 19. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands.
- 20. Add the parsley and feta to the salad.
- 21. Gently fold the ingredients in.
- 22. Season the salad with pepper.
- 23. Enhance the salad with balsamic cream.
- 24. Plate the salad.
