🍽️ Fresh Carrot and Apple Salad

Ingredients
- Carrots 5 pcs.
- Apples, red 1 pcs.
- Lemons 1 pcs.
- Oil 4 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Parsley, fresh 5 g
- Sunflower seeds 2 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them. Cut off the hard ends.
- 2. Grate the carrots coarsely into a large bowl.
- 3. Wash the apple and grate it finely into slices or coarsely into the same bowl.
- 4. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice directly over the fruit and vegetables.
- 5. Add three tablespoons of lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar to the bowl.
- 6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 7. Let the salad rest briefly to allow the flavors to meld.
- 8. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 9. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
- 10. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 11. Taste the salad again and adjust with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 12. Sprinkle the finished salad with the chopped parsley and sunflower seeds.
- 13. Serve the salad immediately.
