Ingredients
- carrots 5 pcs.
- oil 4 tbsp.
- vinegar 3 tbsp.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar 1 tbsp.
- parsley, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the carrots and cut off the hard ends.
- 3. Grate the peeled carrots coarsely using a grater.
- 4. Place the grated carrots into a large bowl.
- 5. Pour oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar directly over the carrots.
- 6. Mix all ingredients well until the dressing is evenly distributed.
- 7. Let the salad rest for a short time to allow the flavors to meld.
- 8. Wash the fresh parsley thoroughly.
- 9. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
- 10. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
- 11. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the carrot salad with salt and pepper.
- 12. Sprinkle the finished salad with the chopped parsley.
- 13. Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate it until serving time.
