🥤 Fresh Carrot-Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
- Carrots 150 g
- Oranges 120 g
- Cranberries, dried 3 tbsp
- Oat flakes, hearty 4 tsp
- Yogurt, plain 150 g
- Coconut milk 150 ml
- Agave syrup 2 tsp
- Ice cubes 8 pcs
- Coconut chips 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them.
- 2. Cut the peeled carrots into pieces about 3 centimeters long.
- 3. Put the carrot pieces into the mixing container.
- 4. Peel the orange and divide it into eight equal wedges.
- 5. Remove all seeds from the orange wedges.
- 6. Add the deseeded orange wedges to the mixing container as well.
- 7. Place the measuring cup on top and chop the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 6.
- 8. Use a spatula to push the chopped pieces down from the sides of the container.
- 9. Add the dried cranberries to the container.
- 10. Add the rolled oats.
- 11. Add the yogurt to the mixture.
- 12. Add the coconut milk (which should be at room temperature).
- 13. Add the agave syrup.
- 14. Add the ice cubes to the container.
- 15. Place the measuring cup on top.
- 16. Puree the mixture for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- 17. Start at speed 6 and gradually increase the speed up to speed 10.
- 18. Push the mixture down again with the spatula if necessary.
- 19. Blend the smoothie for another 20 seconds on speed 10.
- 20. Pour the finished smoothie into two glasses.
- 21. Sprinkle coconut chips over the smoothie.
- 22. Serve the smoothie immediately.
