Ingredients
- Shallots 4 pcs.
- Carrots 2 pcs.
- Butter 3 tbsp.
- Honey 4 tsp.
- Sesame, white 4 tbsp.
- Vegetable broth 150 ml
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp.
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Halve the shallots, peel them, and slice into thin strips. Peel the carrots, remove the ends, and cut into thin slices.
- 2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the shallots until translucent for about 2–3 minutes. Add the carrots and fry for about 3–4 minutes while stirring. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sesame, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- 3. Deglaze the vegetables with 150 ml of vegetable broth, season with soy sauce and pepper, and cover to cook for about 3–5 minutes, adding more broth if necessary. Adjust the salt and serve the carrot sesame vegetables immediately. Enjoy your meal! Tip: It goes well with [recipeLink=134083].
