🍳 Crunchy Rolls with Carrots and Curd

Ingredients
- Carrots 1 pc.
- Quark 40% fat in total 300 g
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 330 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Sunflower seeds 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends.
- 3. Grate the carrots coarsely.
- 4. Place the grated carrots into a bowl.
- 5. Add the curd and one egg.
- 6. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 7. Add flour, salt, and baking powder.
- 8. Knead the dough briefly.
- 9. Dust a work surface with flour.
- 10. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces.
- 11. Shape each piece into a roll.
- 12. Place the seeds on a plate.
- 13. Press the tops of the rolls lightly into the seeds.
- 14. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 15. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- 16. Remove the rolls when they are golden brown.
