  3. 3. Grate the carrots coarsely.
  4. 4. Place the grated carrots into a bowl.

  6. 6. Mix the ingredients well together.
  7. 7. Add flour, salt, and baking powder.
  8. 8. Knead the dough briefly.
  9. 9. Dust a work surface with flour.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces.
  11. 11. Shape each piece into a roll.
  12. 12. Place the seeds on a plate.
  13. 13. Press the tops of the rolls lightly into the seeds.
