  1. 1. Peel the carrots, cut off the ends, and dice them roughly. Peel the oranges and segment them.
  2. 2. In a tall mixing cup, blend the carrots, oranges, buttermilk, yogurt, honey, and cinnamon until creamy.
  3. 3. Wash the mint, pat it dry, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and garnish with the chopped mint. Cheers!
