🥤 Carrot-Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
- Carrots 3 pcs
- Oranges 2 pcs
- Buttermilk 250 ml
- Yogurt, plain 200 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- Mint, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots, cut off the ends, and dice them roughly. Peel the oranges and segment them.
- 2. In a tall mixing cup, blend the carrots, oranges, buttermilk, yogurt, honey, and cinnamon until creamy.
- 3. Wash the mint, pat it dry, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and garnish with the chopped mint.
