  2. 2. Remove the hard ends from the tips.
  3. 3. Cut the vegetable into rough chunks.
  4. 4. Put the carrot chunks into the mixing container.
  5. 5. Chop them for 8 seconds on speed 6.
  6. 6. Transfer the chopped carrots into a bowl.
  7. 7. Add water, yeast, and sugar to the empty mixing container.
  8. 8. Stir the mixture for 2 minutes on speed 2 at 37 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Add the prepared carrots to the dough.
  10. 10. Add flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, and oil.
  11. 11. Knead the dough for 2 minutes on the kneading setting.
  12. 12. Transfer the finished dough into a bowl.
  13. 13. Cover the bowl.
  14. 14. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  16. 16. Grease a loaf pan well.
  17. 17. Fill the risen dough into the prepared pan.
  18. 18. Bake the bread for about 15 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
  19. 19. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.
  20. 20. Bake the bread for another 40 to 45 minutes.
  21. 21. Take the bread out of the oven.
  22. 22. Carefully release it from the pan.
  23. 23. Place it on a wire rack.
  24. 24. Let the bread cool down completely.
  25. 25. Slice it and serve it.
