🍰 Fruity Caribbean Skewers

Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Pineapple 1 pc.
- Kiwi 1 pc.
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Physalis 8 pcs.
- Coconut flakes 1 tbsp.
- Yogurt, plain 200 g
- Vanilla sugar 40 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the pineapple, remove the tough core, and cut the fruit into cubes as well.
- 3. Peel the kiwi and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Carefully slice off the orange peel all around to remove all white skin and pith.
- 5. Cut out the orange segments from the membranes using V-shaped cuts and dice them.
- 6. Remove the physalis from their papery husks and wash the fruits thoroughly.
- 7. Thread the prepared fruits alternately onto eight long wooden skewers.
- 8. Spread the coconut flakes on a plate and roll the skewers in them until covered.
- 9. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar in a bowl until the mixture is smooth.
- 10. Plate the skewers and serve them together with the yogurt dip.
