  1. 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the pineapple, remove the tough core, and cut the fruit into cubes as well.
  3. 3. Peel the kiwi and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Carefully slice off the orange peel all around to remove all white skin and pith.
  5. 5. Cut out the orange segments from the membranes using V-shaped cuts and dice them.
  6. 6. Remove the physalis from their papery husks and wash the fruits thoroughly.
  7. 7. Thread the prepared fruits alternately onto eight long wooden skewers.
  8. 8. Spread the coconut flakes on a plate and roll the skewers in them until covered.
  9. 9. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar in a bowl until the mixture is smooth.
  10. 10. Plate the skewers and serve them together with the yogurt dip.
