🍰 Caribbean Fruits with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- apricots, fresh 250 g
- peaches from the can 400 g
- white rum 150 ml
- brown sugar 90 g
- vanilla sugar 4 tsp
- quark 20% fat in dry matter 250 g
- whipping cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 250 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add the apricots to the boiling water for about 1 minute.
- 3. Remove the apricots with a slotted spoon.
- 4. Rinse the apricots under cold water.
- 5. Peel the apricots.
- 6. Cut the apricots into quarters.
- 7. Remove the pits from the apricots.
- 8. Let the peaches drain in a sieve.
- 9. Collect the draining peach juice.
- 10. Cut the peaches into wedges.
- 11. Add the peach juice, rum, 60 grams of sugar, and vanilla sugar to a bowl.
- 12. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
- 13. Add the prepared fruits to the liquid.
- 14. Let the fruits soak in the mixture.
- 15. Add the quark, the remaining sugar, and 4 tablespoons of fruit syrup to a separate bowl.
- 16. Mix the quark mixture well.
- 17. Whip the cream in a tall container until stiff using a hand mixer.
- 18. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
- 19. Plate the Caribbean fruits in bowls.
- 20. Add the cream cheese to the fruits.
- 21. Serve the dish.
