  2. 2. Beat the soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  3. 3. Add 100 grams of sugar and mix the mixture well.
  4. 4. Add the flour and the salt.
  5. 5. Knead the ingredients with a dough hook and your hands to form a firm dough.
  6. 6. Lightly dust the work surface with flour.
  7. 7. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 to 2 centimeters.
  8. 8. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  9. 9. Bake the dough in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  10. 10. Melt the remaining sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Caramelize the sugar until it has a light brown color.
  12. 12. Deglaze the caramel with cream and stir well.
  13. 13. Let the mixture simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Pour the caramel over the baked dough.
  15. 15. Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  16. 16. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  17. 17. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over the boiling water.
  18. 18. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel.
