  6. 6. Add 150 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.

  8. 8. Add the eggs and beat them in until creamy.
  9. 9. Sift the flour and baking powder over the bowl.
  10. 10. Stir the dry ingredients quickly into the mixture with a spoon.
  11. 11. Mix everything until you have a smooth batter.
  12. 12. Gently fold the apple cubes into the batter.
  13. 13. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with paper liners.
