Ingredients
- Sugar 140 g
- Dark chocolate couverture 200 g
- Spreadable fat 200 g
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Cocoa powder 50 g
- Milk 40 ml
- Butter cookies 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Put the sugar into the mixing container.
- 2. Pulverize the sugar for 20 seconds on speed 10.
- 3. Repeat the process if necessary to obtain fine powdered sugar.
- 4. Transfer the finished powdered sugar into another container.
- 5. Break the dark chocolate couverture and spreadable fat into coarse pieces.
- 6. Put the pieces into the mixing container.
- 7. Chop the ingredients with the measuring cup inserted for 15 seconds on speed 8.
- 8. Push the mixture down the inner wall with a spatula.
- 9. Melt the mixture with the measuring cup inserted for 6 minutes on speed 1 at 55 degrees Celsius.
- 10. Push the mixture down the inner wall again if not everything has melted yet.
- 11. Melt the mixture for another 2 minutes on speed 1 at 55 degrees Celsius.
- 12. Transfer the melted chocolate mixture into another container.
- 13. Clean the mixing container thoroughly.
- 14. Insert the whisk attachment into the mixing container.
- 15. Put the eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, cocoa powder, and milk into the container.
- 16. Mix the ingredients with the measuring cup inserted for 3 minutes on speed 4.
- 17. Remove the measuring cup.
- 18. Set the device to 2 minutes on speed 3.
- 19. Pour the prepared chocolate spread fat mixture slowly through the lid opening into the batter.
- 20. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
- 21. Brush the bottom and sides of the pan with some chocolate mixture using a brush.
- 22. Place a layer of butter cookies on the bottom of the pan.
- 23. Cut the cookies to fit so that no large gaps remain.
- 24. Pour some chocolate mixture over the cookies so that they are covered.
- 25. Now layer butter cookies and chocolate mixture alternately.
- 26. After the sixth layer of butter cookies, pour the remaining chocolate mixture slowly over the cookies.
- 27. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- 28. Wait until the chocolate has set completely.
- 29. Turn the cake out of the pan.
- 30. Carefully remove the baking paper.
