🍰 Cold Dog with Milk Chocolate

Ingredients
- chocolate, milk 200 g
- chocolate, dark 300 g
- butter 150 g
- whipping cream 200 g
- butter cookies 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 2. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- 3. Place the butter, cream, and chocolate in a bowl.
- 4. Place the bowl over the hot water.
- 5. Melt the ingredients slowly while stirring.
- 6. Place the bowl over cold water.
- 7. Let the mixture cool down for about 20 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- 8. Wait until the mixture is creamy.
- 9. Line a loaf pan with cling film.
- 10. Take 2 heaped tablespoons of the chocolate mixture.
- 11. Spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
- 12. Place some cookies on the cream.
- 13. Layer the remaining cream and cookies alternately.
- 14. Finish the layers with the cream.
- 15. Fold the film over the cake.
- 16. Let the cake set in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
- 17. Remove the cake from the pan.
- 18. Remove the film.
- 19. Slice the cake into thin pieces.
- 20. Serve the cake chilled.
