  6. 6. Place the bowl over cold water.
  7. 7. Let the mixture cool down for about 20 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  8. 8. Wait until the mixture is creamy.
  9. 9. Line a loaf pan with cling film.
  10. 10. Take 2 heaped tablespoons of the chocolate mixture.
  11. 11. Spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
  12. 12. Place some cookies on the cream.
  13. 13. Layer the remaining cream and cookies alternately.
  14. 14. Finish the layers with the cream.
  15. 15. Fold the film over the cake.
  16. 16. Let the cake set in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
