🍲 Refreshing cold cucumber soup with shrimp

Ingredients
- cucumbers 400 g
- lemons 1 pcs
- dill, fresh 5 g
- sour cream 200 g
- yogurt, plain 200 g
- salt 1 g
- pepper, black ground 1 g
- sugar 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper 0.25 tsp
- party shrimp 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
- 3. Cut the cucumber into large chunks.
- 4. Halve the lemon.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 6. Wash the dill thoroughly.
- 7. Shake the dill dry.
- 8. Pluck off the fine dill tips.
- 9. Place the cucumber chunks into the mixing container.
- 10. Add the sour cream.
- 11. Add the yogurt.
- 12. Salt the mixture to taste.
- 13. Pepper the mixture to taste.
- 14. Add the sugar.
- 15. Pour in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 16. Sprinkle in some cayenne pepper.
- 17. Puree everything for 30 seconds on the highest setting.
- 18. Taste the cold soup to adjust the seasoning.
- 19. Distribute the soup onto four plates.
- 20. Decorate the plates with the shrimp.
- 21. Sprinkle the soup with the dill tips.
- 22. Serve the soup immediately.
