🍲 Cold Cucumber Soup with Shrimp

Ingredients
- cucumbers 2 pcs.
- garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- yogurt, plain 300 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- dill, fresh 20 g
- sour cream 150 g
- party shrimp 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, peel them, trim the ends, and quarter them lengthwise. Remove the insides and cut the cucumbers into cubes. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 2. In a tall container, puree the diced cucumbers together with the yogurt and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and chill the soup.
- 3. Wash the dill, dry it well, remove the thick stems, and chop it finely. In a bowl, mix the dill with sour cream, salt, and pepper, and season to taste.
- 4. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry. Taste the soup again and plate it. Garnish with sour cream and shrimp and serve. Enjoy your meal! Tip: The soup develops its best flavor if it sits in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Fresh baguette goes well with it.
