🥤 Coffee Marzipan Truffles

Ingredients
- Marzipan base 200 g
- Coffee, instant 1 tbsp
- Christmas liqueur 2 tbsp
- Chocolate, dark 125 g
- Chocolate sprinkles, dark 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Take a large bowl.
- 2. Add the marzipan base to the bowl.
- 3. Add the coffee powder.
- 4. Pour in the holiday liqueur.
- 5. Mix all ingredients with a spoon until you have a uniform mass.
- 6. Take small portions of the mass into your hand.
- 7. Shape them into balls with a diameter of about 2 centimeters.
- 8. Place the finished balls on a work surface.
- 9. Let the balls dry slightly at room temperature.
- 10. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 11. Fill a pot with about 500 milliliters of water.
- 12. Bring the water to a boil.
- 13. Place a metal bowl over the pot, but make sure it does not touch the water.
- 14. Put the chocolate pieces into the metal bowl.
- 15. Let the chocolate melt in the hot steam.
- 16. Take a dried marzipan ball.
- 17. Pierce the ball with a fork.
- 18. Dip the ball completely into the melted chocolate.
- 19. Lift the ball out of the chocolate with the fork.
- 20. Let the excess chocolate drip off for a moment.
- 21. Place the coated praline on a sheet of baking paper.
- 22. Sprinkle the wet chocolate with chocolate sprinkles immediately.
- 23. Repeat the process with all marzipan balls.
- 24. Let the pralines set.
- 25. Enjoy your homemade treats.
